Unused shipping labels may be eligible for refunds if requested within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to USPS validation.

  • Live animals or insects

  • Counterfeit goods or pirated media

  • Human remains or body parts

  • Lottery tickets or gambling materials

  • Cash, coins, precious metals

  • Lithium batteries not packed according to USPS guidelines
